Definitely everyone’s experience is different, I got advice from a friend who used the same services who had a more harsh experience than I did, but I believe in a weird way that expecting and preparing for the worse helped me when it came to the cramps so that I knew better when I started having more back pain than frontal cramps. Also definitely recommend taking the ibuprofen and anti-nausea beforehand. Hormones will be crazy afterwords as well, so always good to have a support system for a good recovery.
