Overall the experience was good. There was a good amount of information given at the beginning and they were responsive. I don’t think a follow up appointment or call at the very least would have been nice to go over how things went/are going.

During tough times like these, I still felt cared for by the team, I received the medication faster than I anticipated, they provided clear instructions but even then while gping though the process over a weekend, they still responded quite fast and helpful to all my questions to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. I would do it again.
