I never thought I’d get an abortion until I got pregnant 4 months postpartum while still battling the effects of PPD. I live in California with good insurance, I was surprised how hard it was to get prescribed the abortion pills. One doctor said he straight up wasn’t comfortable with giving it to me due to religious reasons even though I was only 3 weeks pregnant at the time.
