The whole process of using Hey Jane was seamless. The promptness with shipping was incredible, as well as the timely fashion in which my questions were answered. I felt supported the entire time. My experience was a bit differnt than most users it seems only in the way that it took a bit longer for me to feel the bad cramps/passing clots. The day I took the second pills not a lot happened. Only very light cramps and bleeding. It wasn't until the following 2 days for me that I felt it more.
