Crisis Textline

Text HOME to 741741 to connect with a Crisis Counselor. Free 24/7 support. Whilst Crisis can talk to pregnancy related concerns, the textline is intended to address any form of crisis and is not pregnancy-specific.

Exhale: Pro-Voice Talkline

If you need emotional support after an abortion, go to Exhale. Exhale is a talkline and textline service to help individuals process their feelings and emotions post-abortion. The website also contains useful resources on after-abortion self care, and they host a free, bimonthly post-abortion support group in partnership with Postpartum Support International.

Faith Aloud Talkline

Faith Aloud offers compassionate and nonjudgmental support on pregnancy options from trained clergy and religious counselors of diverse faith backgrounds. Faith Aloud is a program of All-Options.

Miscarriage and Abortion Hotline is a confidential, private and secure call or text hotline run by a team of pro-choice doctors with experience in caring for miscarriage and abortion. Call or text this hotline if you need medical information and support to self-manage your miscarriage or abortion.

National Domestic Violence Hotline

Trained advocates are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to talk confidentially with anyone experiencing domestic violence, seeking resources or information, or questioning unhealthy aspects of their relationship.

National Sexual Assault Hotline

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline

New River Abortion Access Fund (Virginia)

The New River Abortion Access Fund (NRAAF) is a reproductive justice-aligned organization working to eliminate economic and logistical barriers to abortion access, including direct financial and practical support (rides, lodging, gas, meals, childcare, etc.).

Northwest Abortion Access Fund (Washington)
