I appreciated that it was easy and straightforward. I do however wish there would have been more detailed information about what the process would be like after taking the medications, especially regarding how it could go if things dont go as expected. I did not feel prepared for the amount of bleeding I would face and the weeks of symptoms, all of which were described to me as normal when I spoke to a clinician during the process, but were not clear in the materials I read before the process, provided by Hey Jane. There was also information I discovered on my own throughout the process that would have been tremendously helpful to know beforehand. For one that an abortion may be more difficult if you’ve been through previous pregnancies/births. And also that it may be helpful to have an ultrasound prior to the abortion to confirm how far along the pregnancy is. Neither of these details was presented by by hey jane and both was have dramatically changed the process for me.

My pcp charged me my co pay for this and prescribed the exact medication that you guys did. Only problem was no pharmacy in NY will fill one of the medications. Very pricey but besides going to a abortion clinic this is your other option
