Sometimes you will think is this the right way of getting around a situation when you aren’t ready to have a child. I do highly recommend Hey Jane if you aren’t ready to be a mom. Hey Jane is effective and will work the moment you take the 2nd step (in the V) few hours will past and you will feel really bad cramps. That will last awhile. Taking a shower does help and drinking warm tea I never did the heating pad but definitely it would have helped! you will be bleeding for two weeks or more!
