My experience with hey Jane was great. The fact that I was able to do this process from the comfort of my own home. This is a process that we usually get judged for and makes us feel bad. Hey Jane was successful! They are very responsive and follow up daily if you have any questions. The process for me lasted about 10-12 hours but it was worth it. The consultation was straightforward and the practitioner was very knowledgeable and friendly. There was zero judgment. My medication was delivered a few days later and the follow up via Spruce app was very helpful in navigating the days after I took the medication. I also used Hey Jane to fill my birth control prescription and that was seamless. Overall, bummed I had to experience this process but Hey Jane made it as easy as possible and I will absolutely recommend to anyone else in this difficult position.
