It was incredibly confusing and frustrating. I wanted to see the sliding scale options because I was quoted $403 with insurance but I couldn’t see the sliding scale options without cancelling the insurance request and I didn’t want to start again from the beginning. I asked about this and was ignored and encouraged to just use insurance. I was also very uncomfortable paying before the call. I was super anxious that I’d been scammed while in a vulnerable state.
