Hey Jane was the best experience I could have hoped for. I never had an abortion before, and I was nervous. I didn't know what to expect, I didn't know how it all worked, but they made it so easy. Every person that contributed to my care made this stressful and emotional situation feel immensely less isolating and intimidating. They provided detailed instructions on the medications, different ways to take them, and gave a clear outline of what to expect. They communicated very well, they never judged me, and I always felt safe to ask questions. I could not have possibly wished for a better experience, and I will 100% come back to Hey Jane if I ever need this service again. Ideally I won't, but I don't want to go through anyone but them if I do need it. Thank you to everyone at Hey Jane! HeyJane really helped in a time of need. I was a little bit nervous about this whole process online, made me feel unsure especially for being affordable even w/o insurance but I applied on a late Sunday night and received my medication the following Thursday. Just took the second pregnancy test and came out negative!

I recommend Hey Jane without hesitation! Finding information and getting treatment was so easy, fast, and discreet. The instructions for the medication and what to expect were very thorough, including side effects you might experience and tips to mitigate those side effects. I also appreciated that OTC pain meds and prescription nausea medication were provided. You're also able to add other extras if you want them. The followup afterwards was also amazing with daily updates and several check ins and what to expect post-medication. Any questions or concerns were also address very quickly. I wouldn't consider this a "great" experience but it was much easier and less stressful than I expected.

I felt very comfortable with the level of privacy, the level of care and support and the clear instructions provided.
