Using insurance took longer than if I just paid for it but no one told me that.

They explained the entire process for regarding what my particular insurance planned covered, the out of pocket costs, and what to expect if the insurance denied the claim

No delay in customer care getting back to me regarding estimated cost with insurance.

I have not gotten a response whether insurance covered the abortion or whether I need to pay out of pocket.
