There was a lack of preparation from this company and a lack of clarity of what I might see during the process. I wasn’t prepared for seeing my baby. All materials said it was possible to see “pregnancy tissue” but failed to be clear that “pregnancy tissue” included a clear and visible fetus. What was already a painful decision became a traumatic one. If you're seeking an abortion skip this company and opt for one who is more transparent about outcomes.

Its great with using hey jane and spruce for updates from hey jane, but the cost is bit expensive

There was a snag with whether or not I was going to use insurance. I didn’t communicate it clearly enough so that slightly delayed how soon I received the pills

Zero complaints. I was only responsible for paying the consultation fee after insurance and I opted to pay for express shipping.

Great! Only had to do a small copay. I was so lucky they covered so much of the care.

It was a little frustrating because it seems to slow you down by 1 day to get insurance checked and I was stressed because I wanted to get my meds before the weekend but luckily it did still come in time.
