I chose to not continue with a pregnancy, it was an extremely difficult decision. I am so glad that this decision can be done in the comfort of my own home. Set up a little spot where you can stay, have a towel underneath you, tissues and water beside you and watch something comforting. You’re not alone, and you will get through this.
