Hey Jane held my hand (virtually) through every step of the process. They told me in detail what to expect, sent a very informative booklet with details about the procedure and what to do in different scenarios, and followed up afterwards to make sure everything went smoothly and I didn't need more care. All communication was done via their secure messaging app Spruce. They clearly care a lot about each woman's individual experience, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
