Hey Jane was the best option for me. It gave me the ability to make the hardest decision in the comfort of my own home. The care team was responsive, informative, and just all around so kind and patient. It made the process as easy as it could be.

Finding HeyJane was like a god send. When I found out I was pregnant, I found them that day and they started the process as soon as I filled out the information and everything. They even provide ways to be covered if you can’t pay all of it right away. They also stay up to date with your health and making sure you know you’re not alone and every thing you feel is valid and normal.

Very easy straight forward process. Great reminders throughout with a bit of handholding when needed. Assumed I was an intelligent human being who can follow directions, but still recognize the humanity involved in the situation, as any medical procedure should.

My insurance only covered some of the cost but it would likely cost more to go elsewhere. It was nice there was a team contacting my insurance company and then I could pay directly through Hey Jane.
