Started treatment the next day because I wanted to be hydrated. The Treatment: Started step 1 it in the early hours (3am) in the morning so that I could sleep and not stress about it. First pill was easy didn't experience any side effects or any different after taking it. Took the 2nd Step 24 hours later (330am) and went back to sleep started feeling pain and cramping about 3 hours later it was accompanied with bleeding. Felt discomfort as if I was having a mild cycle with moderate clotting and bleeding. Took 2 Tylenol/Morton pills. Day 2 after step two cramping was a little more severe bleeding was still mild. A heating pad was definitely needed and used. Also, too the 2 400mg Ibuprofen. Day 3 was like day 1 of step 2. Took 2 Tylenol/Morton pills. Felt better around day 10 after starting the treatment. Overall, the treatment felt like an intense cycle. I was nervous due to pain and the amount of clotting. Taking pain medication helped with the pain and discomfort. For about 8 days straight days bleeding accord from a light to moderate flow with lots of clotting.
