Jane was very simple and private they sent everything I needed and made me feel safe

I wish the medication would have arrived earlier, but it was a good experience overall using insurance

I loved not having to explain myself. It was all about me!! My health, my needs, my fears and anxieties were all prioritized. I was given so many resources and information to help me make the choice that was best for me. As a bonus I never had to talk to a man throughout the whole process. Absolutely lovely 10/10 🥰

It was incredibly confusing and frustrating. I wanted to see the sliding scale options because I was quoted $403 with insurance but I couldn’t see the sliding scale options without cancelling the insurance request and I didn’t want to start again from the beginning. I asked about this and was ignored and encouraged to just use insurance. I was also very uncomfortable paying before the call. I was super anxious that I’d been scammed while in a vulnerable state.
