Announcing: Hey Jane's abortion fund partner program

Removing barriers to abortion access is key to what we do at Hey Jane. (It’s our mission, really: Abortion on your own terms.)

A big barrier is the cost of abortion—and we know that, while treatment with Hey Jane is less than the average price of in-clinic care, it’s still too much for some of our patients.

So we’re taking an important step forward to ensure that anyone who needs an abortion can get the financial assistance they need by launching our abortion fund partner program.

Say hey to our inaugural abortion fund partners: ACCESS Reproductive Justice, Chicago Abortion Fund, Cobalt Abortion Fund, Indigenous Women Rising, National Abortion Federation Hotline, and West Fund!

As our incredible partners, these select funds will be helping qualifying individuals cover part or most of their Hey Jane treatment. Each fund supports a unique set of Hey Jane patients:

ACCESS Reproductive Justice: Patients receiving treatment in California

Chicago Abortion Fund: Patients receiving treatment in Illinois

Cobalt Abortion Fund: Patients receiving treatment in Colorado

Indigenous Women Rising: Indigenous or Native American patients

National Abortion Federation Hotline: Every state Hey Jane is in

West Fund: Patients receiving treatment in Colorado and New Mexico

If you need aid, reach out directly to the abortion fund partner in your state and let them know you’re a Hey Jane patient; once they’ve confirmed their financial assistance, they’ll give you a code that you’ll be prompted to use during checkout with Hey Jane. This is just the first step in addressing issues around cost, and in the coming weeks we’re looking forward to expanding this program and bringing on even more phenomenal funds. (We also would like to acknowledge that there’s more work to be done to remove other barriers to Hey Jane care—and we are on it!)
