I was nervous of taking the pill because the reviews sounded like it could be a terrible experience physically. After doing more research I chose to insert the second pill vaginally hoping for less nausea. I have to say my experience was not as many described on other reviews. I had only slight nausea on and off, no vomiting, my bowels were off a bit but I wouldn’t call it diarrhea. The cramping I experienced was tolerable especially with a heating bad. I only took Ibuprofen once when I initially took the first pill. I did feel more cramping after it wore off but I didn't feel the need to take another. My bleeding was moderate to heavy and lasted for 3 days that way. Then slowly got lighter. I’m 10 days out and only have very light spotting and occasional light cramps. I did not stay in bed. I walked around the yard, watched tv on the couch, did light stretching, just generally moved to keep my mind flowing. I think this helped a lot. I didn’t sit in bed feeling the process. Emotionally I’m ok. Still working on feelings of regret, but my husband is very supportive and we are talking. I think it's important to just talk about it.
